Telling African Stories

Telling African Stories

A rich history and possibly the oldest inhabited territory on earth, Africa
is the one continent that is yet to fully share its tales, history and
showcase its different cultures to the world.

Untapped resources, from literature, fairytales, myths, characters, real life adventures, encounters, beliefs, traditions

from thousands of different counties, tribes and regions. The stories and possibilities are endless.

We believe the more accurate African narrative that will intrigue and change the world will come from the perspective of the continents natives, that's the gap Suss productions intends to fill. One of our major goals is to empower, collaborate and work with talented filmmakers and creatives in the continent in sharing these untold stories both locally and internationally to cinema, streaming, cable and broadcast platforms.

The Nigerian Film Industry (Nollywood) is globally recognized as the second largest film producer in the world. The Industry is a significant part of the Arts, Entertainment and Recreation Sector which contributed 2.3% (NGN239biliion) to Nigeria’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2016. It is one of the priority sectors identified in the Economic Recovery and Growth plan of the Federal Government of Nigeria with a planned $1billion in export revenue by 2020.

We are inspired to tell amazing stories, create structures and systems for high quality film, TV and web content , invest in people, skill and bring Africa to the world.
